1. Definitions

pay4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds and winnings will be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

To access pay4d services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Notify pay4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

Account Verification (KYC)

pay4d implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds from your Account. Verification typically requires:

• A clear photograph of your Indonesian national ID (KTP) showing all four corners of the document.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter issued within the last three months).
• Verification of payment methods (bank account ownership or e-wallet registration in your name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. pay4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of your funds.

One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one Account with pay4d. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts without prior notice.

5. Deposits and Payments

pay4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and Bank Danamon.
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currencies.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• pay4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases where pay4d determines that an error occurred.

Deposit Limits

pay4d offers optional deposit limit tools to help you manage your gambling budget. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that you previously used for deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• You must have completed the wagering requirements for any active bonuses before withdrawing.

Withdrawal Processing

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• VIP Gold members receive priority processing with express 1-hour handling.
• pay4d does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet may apply receiving fees.
• pay4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals (exceeding IDR 50,000,000), which may extend processing time up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Restrictions

pay4d reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or outdated KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• Discrepancies between deposit and withdrawal payment method ownership.
• Ongoing investigation into Account activity.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pay4d are governed by the following general rules. Specific game rules may apply to individual betting markets and casino games.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once accepted by the pay4d system. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• pay4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly bets that we suspect may be fraudulent or placed in error.
• Maximum bet limits vary by betting market, account status, and individual circumstances. pay4d reserves the right to adjust limits without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours. If the event is not rescheduled within this timeframe, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, bet settlement depends on the specific market and sport. Refer to individual sport rules for details.

Sports Betting

pay4d offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, E-sports, and other sports. Specific rules apply to each sport and market:

• Football: Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specifically included in the market.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola): Handicap bets are settled according to the published handicap line. In the event of a tie after applying the handicap, stakes are refunded.
• Mix Parlay: All selections in a parlay bet must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection loses, the entire parlay bet loses. Void selections are treated as odds of 1.00.

Togel (Lottery) Betting

pay4d offers togel betting on Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau markets. Results are determined by official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. Common bet types include:

• 4D, 3D, 2D: You win if your selected numbers match the draw result in the exact position.
• Colok Bebas: You win if your selected number appears anywhere in the draw result.
• Colok Jitu: You win if your selected number appears in the specific position you nominated.
• Shio: Betting on the Chinese zodiac animal associated with the draw result.

Casino Games

Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo) and slot games are subject to the rules published by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, etc.). In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error, the game round will be voided and stakes refunded.

Wagering Requirements

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pay4d and may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action:

• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or fixing match outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse transactions after placing bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pay4d staff or other players.

11. Limitation of Liability

pay4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pay4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.
• pay4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• pay4d is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions.
• pay4d is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
• pay4d's maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount in your Account Balance at the time of the incident.
